    Was annoyed I had to pay a £10 early book-in fee. So left. The lass on reception was amazing. I'm an old cantankerous B , and cut my nose of to spite my face, but place looked great. Cleaners everywhere. Low mark was for the extra fee. Principal, not money, it cost me £75 extra. Think it would be great. I'm a stubborn git, didn't give it a chance

    Lovely hotel. Friendly staff. Only complaint is banging pipes and rattling windows which i could hear even through ear plugs.

    Lovely staff, close to airport and easy to get to but the beds are a bit hard. Good value for money.
